Update RBR850 gives “firmware check error

What firmware version are you on?
Beside this I find it rare that my satellites have never a device connected even when they’re a lot closer than the base station. Is this normal?----Depends. Its the device itself (phone/tablet/etc) that actually does the roaming. But the app doesn't always do the best job of showing what its connected to. Have you logged in through the browser and compared it online?
