Upload speed stuck after FFTP upgrade Orbi RBK753
I recently upgraded my BT Full Fibre line from 500Mb to the 900Mb option. This is meant to include an increase in upload speeds but whilst my downlaod speeds have increased to expected levels, my upload speeds are still the same as I had before. I've contacted BT who can't help much as I'm not using their router but they advised that this often happens and they need to push an update to the router. They can't do this as I'm not using their router.
I've tried rebooting the Orbi router but it makes no difference. Thought I'd put a post on here in case anyone had any ideas.

How are you testing the upload speeds?
Are you testing wired/wireless?
What device are you testing on?
What site/app are you testing with?

How are you testing the upload speeds? Various methods. Via the router admin page (ookla), Google speed tests. ISP speed tests
Are you testing wired/wireless? Both. Similar results.
What device are you testing on? Mac (wired), Iphone 12 Pro (wireless)
What site/app are you testing with? Ookla app and the websites mentioned above.

I could be a retained QoS setting.
have you tried a simple factory reset?
Does it get full speed connected to the ONT/gateway?What ont/gateway are you connecting to?
