Thanks for the response.
My firmware version is 6.3.7.10_3.3.3
I don’t have a router from my ISP, I live in an apartment building where internet is included from a company called everywhere wireless and have my Orbi connected directly to an Ethernet jack.
I thought about cables, I haven’t upgraded them in a while but this seems to be a new issue that just started in the last few weeks. Still plan to get updated cables regardless.
I’ll try the steps you outlined below and see if that does the trick.

It would be helpful if you can compare:
- The IP address that appears in the Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab, Internet Port, with
- The IP address reported by one of the web sites, such as https://www.whatismyip.com or https://canyouseeme.org
If the Orbi address is a 'private address', then UPnP is not going to work.
- Gdirt24Apr 18, 2023AspirantI just checked and the IP in my Orbi admin is different than what is reported on the sites you provided. - CrimpOnApr 18, 2023Guru - Experienced UserThanks for taking the time to check. What this indicates is that your system is connected to a router that is between you and the Internet Service Provider (ISP). Their router is blocking any form of port forwarding from reaching your router.
