What happens if you connect up as a quick test, any 1000Mbps supporting PC to the WAN port. While you have the other PC connected to the LAN port, check the WAN port speed on the RBRs web page, does it show 100Mbps or 1000Mpbs with the temp ethernet PC connected to the WAN port?
What is the model# of the NGN modem that the RBR is connected to?
What FW version is currently loaded?
