Hello CT4511 ,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are having network issues with your RBR850 using FW 7.2.6.31. Please update your firmware to the latest released FW v7.2.7.15 to resolve the issue with your WAN remaining in 100mbps.
Navigate to the link below for the download file for your RBR850:

Hi Kevin, thanks for the help.
I updated both RBR850 and their 4 satellites RBS with the latest firmware v7.2.7.15 with the links you provided this morning.
I rebooted the whole thing, I can see latest firmware in place and it's still showing 100m/full on WAN port.
So I took the RBR850 to my workplace to try the 1GBPS link by connecting it to WAN port, and my laptop connecting to LAN port of RBR and accessed the Webpage and it still shows 100m/full on WAN port. LAN is 1000m which it used to be and was never an issue.
I tried cleaning the WAN port, I factory reset it again but no lock.
I think I have ran out of the options and may consider buying something like Ubiquity products next week as even after spending $2,000 AUD in just 2 years, this has come to an end.
I would not have known this issue, had I not upgraded my NBN / Internet speed from 100/40 to 285/40. As through Orbit it never went from 90MBPS download to 200MBPS+ and then I started investigating why it wasn't going above 100m.
Thank you for the help.
