You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?

Hello,

 

Got in replacement of my RBK50 the RBK 753 Wifi6. 

My old system was wired and everything was fine. 

While replacing the system, I wanted yo connect the sattelites by cable but it doesn't work.

 

The sattelites want to connect by Wifi on the main Orbi router, wich isn't possible.

 

i tried everything and can't find the solution
