What are the recommended Channels and Channel widths for an RBR750 system?

Thinking about tweaking my system but it's been a long time since I've done that so what are the recommendations for 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels and channel widths. Simple home system, nothing elaborate.
The best channels depend on your environment (particularly competing wifi), and also on regulatory restrictions in your country. Do you have a WiFi analyzer app (or PC software) that you can use to see competing signals?
I don't think you can change the channel width.
