What's the difference between connecting to home network wifi and wired?
I’ve observed an odd issue where some websites and Microsoft Co-Pilot disable website editing controls when I’m connected to my home Wi-Fi, which is through my Orbi 950 router. However, if I connect my laptop to the router via a wired connection or use the guest network, everything works fine.
Can anyone help identify what might be different in the router’s flow that cause the router to behave differently between connecting to wifi vs wired.
This reproduceable 100% of the time and on multiple different notebooks.
Ok, checking with the 950 series, NG doesn't have any newer FW for the 950 series. Yet. Don't know if or when NG will have something for the 950 series. So I guess you'll have the most current v6 FW. 🙄
.CHK is NG chosen file format extension for there FW files that are only recognized by the WEB UIs.

Thank you for the link. Updating now...
I forgot that the auto-check doesn't work for the 950 and I need to search for 960 firmware manually.
Speaking of firmware - do you happen to know what chk means in the firmware file? traditionally, chk signify debug version.

Thank you for response below are my answers to your questions. Turning off the closest RBS to the notebook also fixes the issue. Also my Router is the 950. Maybe, I need to reduce the transmission power on router/satellite. How can I do that?

For that size of home, you only need the RBR unit and just 1 RBS.

20ft is too close between the RBR and the one RBS...30 feet starting distance.
