Why are Netgear not facing their customers

What is going on in this company - is it en deep trouble?

Non working FW - forced to your system, and making it useless - Yes

Security issues explored, probaly reason why Parent control disconnected (and people paying for it).

Am I speculating - Yes -

Do I get honest feedback from a responsible company - No

Have I invested a lot of money - Yes

Do I have the time to do factory reset on a daily basis - No

And should I with the most expensible system on the marked - No

Are my family happy - No

Can I work from Home - No

Can I write this message, without my iPad get thrown off the Wifi 1-2 times - No

    did you post in the proper forum? yes

    Can we help you with such minimal details of the problem, your full setup, and what you've tried doing to fix it? No. 

    Does official netgear hang out on the forums? rarely. 

    Is this the public support forum where members of the public try to help out? yes

    Should you contact support if you're having a hardware failure? Yes  (click on mynetgear at the top, register an account and the device. from there you contact support)

     

     

     

    • I honestly could not care less about what you think is beneficial or not.

      Netgear screwed up - and does not care at all. 90 days support and then I have to pay to open a ticket on an issue they created.

        There's a few moderators on here. Those are the netgear employees. 

        We're just people trying to help others out 

        You can feel disgusted with Netgear all you want. 

        We echo that sentiment at times. 

         

        But we really can't help without details/decent descriptions. 

        If you're wanting help. feel free to go over your issue. there's a few people on here who I'd go to long before I'd go to support. 

        If you're just wanting to vent as well, thats fine. Just understand we're not netgear. We're not support. 

        We're just people trying to help others out.
