Why does my router show Firmware version 4.20.0.4_3.100.71, and when trying to update to this version it says the firmware already installed is newer (i have an orbi R350)

FYI, Some ISPs do there own development of FW on name branded router systems. In some cases, NG makes a custom or specific version of FW for there products for ISP needs, use or and services which is only specific to the ISP and customers use this ISP. So standard Orbi FW will not work and requires the specific version seen on this model Orbi system when in use and connected to this ISP service. This is normal practice in some of the cases. It would help to have a screen shot of this. The latest firmware for the Orbi RBR350 is v4.4.1.29.

i.e. there is no firmware v4.20.0.4 for this model.
