Wifi continues to drop connection with Google Chromebooks

Im having a real problem, the Wifi on the Google Chromebooks that are connected in my home wifi continually is dropping, I had a conversation with support we made a few changes it still has been an issue.  I had a Google nest before this and havent had these kind of problems before. Any Ideas?

    Try changing CTS values to 2347? 

    Try disabling AX mode on the RBR? 

     

    Has a full power OFF of the RBR and RBS for 30 seconds then back ON been performed?

      If I disable AX mode Iose Wifi6 for compatible devices right?  I CTS set to 2437 on both 5Ghz and 2 Ghz channels...

        Yes. Something to try on 2.4ghz only and see if the devices continue to drop connection...

        Not the first time these device have had problems with Orbi AX.
