Will Orbi Voice RBS40V connect to the RBR850 mesh system?
Just installed the new Orbi RBR852 wifi 6 mesh. I see that NG has an Alexa device Orbi Voice RBS40V-200 that will connect to any router. But I also see that the Voice may not connect to my RBR850 router and may be incompatible with that router. I'm seeing conflicting info on this compatibility issue and whether the Voice will hop on as an extender. Can someone clear this up for me? Thx
the RBS40v is not wirelessly compatible with Orbi AX. You can ethernet connect the RBS40v to the Orbi AX system and it would work that way:

Thanks Furry for your fast, succinct reply. Unfortunately a wired solution will not work for my needs to expand the Orbi WiFi range in a large home and have Alexa in an all-in-one device. Hopefully NG will remedy this by coming up with a viable wireless device in the future.
