Hi there, I'm using a coporate VPN and logging into Zoom App on my Mac
The VPN might be the real problem here.
Do you see this if you make a zoom call when not logged into the VPN???

FYI, Zoom calls from the Zoom App and web browser don't use SIP. Which appears to be the case here (connecting from a Mac).
But if DeaneHornsby is dialing in from a SIP device, then this test would be useful.

I leave SIP ALG enabled on all my routers. Haven't had any problems with it being enabled and Zoom and Teams all work finr. Last meeting with NG was over zoom and worked well with my Mac Book Pro 2018. Why I suggested testing it anyways. Also SIP ALG is something we test for in beta projects to help check this as well.

It's not possible to test if it is working as designed, unless you analyze wireshark traces of actual SIP calls. I guess you can see if SIP calls go through or not, but I don't think that tells you much without a trace. We know that the ALG can interfere with infrastructure for NAT traversal, so it might be working as intended even when calls don't go through.
You can see if it misbehaves on non-SIP traffic, though seems really unlikely unless someone is using port 5060 or 5061 for another purpose. The zoom video app (and browser) conferences don't use those ports. So I don't think that test is useful here, unless DeaneHornsby happens to be using a VOIP phone to connect to the conference.

We do test with SIP ALG enabled and disabled on all calls and online meetings. Haven't seen any issues to date with SIP ALG enabled or disabled. I believe that some SIP ALG issues seen historically may have been resolved. And NH routers have SIP ALG enabled by default.
Lets have the user give feedback though.

I'll re enable SIP ALG, set to open and re-try. I'd looked up lots of sites on best config for Zoom/Orbi and most siad disable it, hence why I disabled
