FYI, Zoom calls from the Zoom App and web browser don't use SIP. Which appears to be the case here (connecting from a Mac).
But if DeaneHornsby is dialing in from a SIP device, then this test would be useful.

Hi there, I'm using a coporate VPN and logging into Zoom App on my Mac, not dialing from a SIP devlice

The VPN might be the real problem here.
Do you see this if you make a zoom call when not logged into the VPN???

Back to this - I had a similar issue some years ago - our corporate VPN infrastructure just didn't provide enough bandwidth. I didn't have to use the VPN for work video conferencing, but it was annoying because I couldn't access corporate documents while on work video calls, since those were only available when I was on the VPN.
Very likely to be the VPN here too, and if that is the situation you'll need to work with your employer to solve it.
