Having this exact same problem, I blamed everything other than the router over 9 months but after a lot of messing about it's still hopeless. They won't refund me (apparently nether dont do that) an...
Any progress on this?
thankyou, I have just seen this message, im going to try the bottom two things tan then respond properly - thankyou for you help - it is appreciated. I don't think there is 30 foot between the router and satellites so will also explore that, maybe 20ish (allowing for walls in the way etc) they dont always talk to each other if I move the further away though.
