Can’t communicate between wireless bands on a satellite

Unfortunately not without reconfig the external gateway which is not something I can easily do at the moment. I’ve just tested it again, and I still have the same problem. I’ll get a Windows device and try from that tmrw.
The backhaul has said itself up as 2.4 and 5 and status says ‘good’.
If it’s possible to get NG to test with main wifi set to 192.168.4/24, and external gateway on 192.168.1/24 that would be great. To re’ip my network after spending a week stabilizing it is going to be a bit painful.
perhaps I have a faulty satellite…
