to cut history short, I’ve been trying to replace this unit since February due to many wired and wireless disconnections, tried all firmwares available and betas (currently on 10.5.20.3) and nothing happened.
After months been asking for the replacement it was granted and I’ve advised with more than 2 months in advance the window of opportunity to send the unit to me (I’m currently living here and there and would be my brief return to the states) but the attendant lost all timing, took ages to reply me and now the unit isn’t even shipped (paid myself overnight $30) and I’m leaving on Tuesday.

Oh and it’s a 772 set but replacement only for router unit.

Someone sent me one email, ended up not reading the whole case, said “just forwarded the info for the warehouse” and closed the case.
it is Saturday/sunday and if the unit doesn’t get here by Monday morning it will miss me. Sad to see that happening when I’ve gave them the info in advance 2 months ago.
Thanks for your support, it was more effective than all others here, even the escalation.
looks like that on my 4th Orbi I’ll have to look somewhere else for reliable networking.
