no didn't set that up at all. There is no guest wifi set up
I am tempted to re-do set up and call my network something complete different then manually re-add everything

Start by turning off the Orbi (both the router and the satellites), and see if those networks disappear.

Thanks for your help. This is so strange - i did as suggested turned the main orbi router and 2x satellites off at the mains. As expected internet went off
Checked on my phone (i phone) however and vodafoneXXXXXX_EXT and vodafoneXXXXXX_5GEXT were still showing on networks. I clicked to join vodafoneXXXXXX_EXT and was prompted to enter the password which i did and it then connected.... albiet with 'no internet access'..... so the network is somehow still active albeit not connected to the internet
Just to be clear the orginal vodafone router and extender have been completely unplugged and disconnected from modem and power for over 24 hours
When i check wi-fi details on the orbi app the only network mentioned is 'vodafoneXXXXX'. Guest wifi is OFF
When i turned everything back on it took a while for devices to reconnect but this computer I am typing on now connected to 'vodafoneXXXXX_EXT' and is connected to the internet fine (im using it to send this message)
I am perplexed!

only possible thought is does the open reach modem on the wall (i think its called ONT) somehow have wifi capability and the prior networks built into it? I didn't think this was possible.
Just to be doubly clear as well as i appreciate similar issues can arise when the original router is left in place (in bridge mode or whatever) - i completely removed the original router - its gone! I just dont understand how the network vodafoneXXXXX_EXT can still exist.... where is it coming from?
