Yes, I have a Lutron hub connected by ethernet to one of my Orbi 870 satellites. I previously owned an Orbi 960 and it connected to a satellite the same way.
Essentially, your Lutron wired hub can connected to any mesh system router/satellite with ethernet ports. The mesh satellites can connect any non-wireless devices (e.g., I also connect my Arlo hub and Phillips Hue bridge).
