I have a 9 pro xl as well im not facing that issue on the new firmware... This might be something we need to look further into
I still have ipv6 enabled and it was enabled in the last firmware as well and I didnt see nearly the disconnects I am seeing since upgrading
Have you done a factory reset and setup from scratch after v.2 FW was loaded to see if problem still happens?

Yes I have setup the router from scratch after loading the latest firmware. I only have the 970 providing wifi for all my devices and usually I am seated in front of the router (line of sight) when these disconnects are happening. I am running Android 16
