When will Netgear fix these overall issues with the Apple devices? I submitted a support ticket before about this and they did not mention any of these steps to resolve the issue. I feel like returning this $1,500+ system to Best Buy soon if they do not resolve these major issues.
We don't get info on when fixes are forth coming. We've make NG aware of all of this. Many factors are involved. Fixes don't come over night either.
If you feel confortable keeping the system, return it and maybe check back later on.
