So I have up a post stating my Samsung phones only connects to 2.4ghz network which sparked interest with everybody trying to see what could cause that, after exhausting all or options we could do I was told to reach out to orbi customer care for help. So after exhausting all they know charging me 100usd for them to start helping I just got a message 2weeks later basically saying Fck off. you are not in North America so you are on your own. the message stated we dont sell orbi in your region orbi was made for North America so we cant help. Somebody please explain this answer to me.

You live in a region of the world that only seems to support UNII-3 wireless standards for your region. Samsung doesn't support certain channels in your region which are used by the NA and other regions and which NG Orbi systems use for the front haul channels and signals. Something that the regional government may have put in place and you'd need to check into. You bought something that isn't intended to be sold or used in your region so this is what your running into.
I recommend that you return your Orbi system to place of purchase or find a way to sell it to someone in a working region to recover your costs for this system, then find you a Wi-Fi system with in your region that works for your devices you have.
Good Luck.

Respectfully what you saying above is not true. I have been using Netgear for years now and all bands worked fine. We actually uses the same bands as North America. All other brand mobile phones work well with the 5ghz on the same Netgear I went as far as to tell you guys about the update that I did that got the phone working fine with the 5ghz connecting to the 6ghz band before I did the second update and it stopped. Selling the routers because one brand not working with it is a no go. What I realize where I am at is not a lot of ppl using device so it's not important for them to look into this issue. And it's a Netgear only issue. as I have three other routers that was tested and work fine with the 5ghz band. Are you guys saying ppl in the Caribbean should not buy Netgear products because this region is not covered? its simply not true.

I was also advised by the orbi agent that the routers are sold by region and is region locked which is understandable, They then go further to say that they cannot change the region, this part is not sitting well with me as last year they changed my region. Something just not adding up to me.
