Different UI that includes a list of devices that you can toggle on and off to block and unblock
I am experiencing the same issue: randomly, I get a completely different UI that includes a list of devices that you can toggle on and off to block and unblock. But it's rare, and completely random. Most of the time it's not there: just the standard UI. Worryingly, when I do get the list, there are a long list of "blocked" devices that I certainly haven't blocked. Armour not enabled.

Is this UI in the web interface or in the app?
Something to remember about the term "Blocked". We humans tend to think that it means "cannot connect", which is not correct.
Imagine a device with an Ethernet port is connected to the system, but that the user has told the system to "block" it.
- It will appear on the list of connected (or "attached") devices. It is physically connected.
However, because it is "Blocked", it will not be able to communicate with any destination that requires passing through the system.
If it is connected to a multi-port Ethernet hub on the router or satellite, it will be able to communicate with any other Ethernet devices connected to that same hub.
What is "blocked" is the ability to communicate with anything that is not connected to the same hub. - The same thing will happen with devices connected via WiFi. If they present the correct WiFi credentials, they will be "connected"
However, if the user has used Access Control to block that MAC address, it will not be able to communicate with any other device connected to the system.
On the app. I'm a qualified network security technician, so I don't need lessons of how routers etc work ...
