As this a new ‘feature’ introduced by a firmware update, I wold like to know if it’s something Netgear will correct in a new firmware update or leave as-is?
I haven’t received any information that Netgear would be stopping support for 10 Mb/s, half duplex in new firmware.

I would not call this a new feature. More like limitation.
The quickest work around this is to get you a cheap GS105 or GS305 LAN switch in between the RBR/RBS and these devices that only support 10Mbps. What I did with my devices that only support 10Mbps. I have a few.
I haven't either and had noticed that my devices were not connecting with Orbi BE series.

A little bit to early ... first the information on the broken 10 Mb HD and FD functionality must hit the appropriate desks.

This was unlikely planned or intended.

Just curious, this 10Mbps devices, have you connected this devices to all LAN ports behind the RBR to check to see if any of the LAN ports fails to let the device connect?
