Kewl, Will keep this on my fan recommendation list. I have something similar but with rubber feet. They work great to keep these cooler.
Glad you found the fix.
Be sure to save off a backup configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a factory reset is needed.

Good idea. What fan did you use? I have all my Orbis on a wall mounts. I like the look and the cable management I can build with a wall mount unit. I took a gamble when buying this fan and it fits perfectly. The feet sort of lock the fan to the router, rather than just placing on top and risking falling off if simply bumped. The feet act as a locking mechanism keeping it in place very sturdy.

Works well on top of units or underneath for other units were the vent may have better placement.
Rubber feet are nice and soft and don't scratch the surface.
