I was going to exchange my unit, but I am guessing that the replacement would have the same problem, and it would be a pain in the but to re-set up every wireless device on my network again.
Actually, swapping routers is easy if you set it up with the same SSID and Wi-Fi password, especially if you rely upon DHCP rather than static IP addresses. The vast majority of devices will just automatically connect to the new router. People who upgrade routers do this all the time and do not have to re-setup all their devices.
