What iPhone and pad models do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR? Same thing happens with IPv6 disabled?

(2) of the ipad pro 5th generation and (1) 4th generation
What Firmware version is currently loaded? V9.13.1.2
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Arris S34 Surfboard Cable modem and Xfinity ISPIs IPv6 enabled on the RBR? Same thing happens with IPv6 disabled? I have not tried toggling IPV6 as it is a requirement with my line of work
