Is it possible to add an extra Wireless Access Point to a Oribi 970 system (not a 970 satellite) ?
I Have an Orbi 970 set up but there is still one point outside on the end of the garden where there is a bad wifi signal for my Ring Camera.
This is because the Wifi Cam sits behind the brick wall of a garden-shed with lots of metal parts inside and its not possible to move the cam.
Is it possible to setup / connect another simple basic Wifi extender/access point inside the shed to make the existing Wifi network from the Orbi 970 stronger? I need it only for the cam and its rather expensive to buy another 970 satellite for just one cam.
Yes and would need to set up a different wifi SSID name and use far apart different channels.

Metal and brick do a great job of blocking wifi.
You can use a different extender but you'll still have to try to find an angle that works on the camera that helps reduce/remove those obstructions.
