I finally received a new satellite last week, and it's working perfectly. Synced within minutes with no action required from me.
Things I learnt from this experience though - my 2 additionally purchased satellites that are not in the bundle are not under pro support. It didn't matter in this instance as both those satellites are fine. I didn't realize this because I wasn't prompted to purchase pro support for them and assumed they were covered. Even though one of those extra satellites are still under warranty until November, I cannot purchase pro support for them because the ability to buy it goes away 90 days after purchase.
I will not be very happy if anything happens to either of those satellites.
