What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Are RBS wireless or ethernet connected to the RBR?
Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

Answers to your questions:
- Size of house is irrelevant when the router is loosing connectivity to the FIOS ONT (brand new - 2.5 gig speed when working)
- Distance btw RBR & RBS also irrelevant as that connectivity is rock solid
- If I turn off RBS, yes RBR still looses connection to the FIOS ONY
- Channel config is irrelevant as issue is RBR loosing connection over a wired (cat7 Ubiquiti cable) to ONT

You might be onto something. Just checked the Ubiquiti web site and their cables only support GBE. Just ordered a CAT8...
Just curious how it would impact only one SSID and not all 3 SSIDs.
