Loosing WIFI (Internet) on single primary SSID
Brand new system of RBE971 w/ (3) RBE970 satellites all running V9.13.1.2 firmware, but I keep loosing INTERNET on the primary SSID, while the GUEST SSID is connected and working fine. Why? This ...
All the devices on that primary SSID loose connectivity.
Perhaps not helpful to the discussion, but..... When devices are connected to the Primary WiFi SSID:
- Do they appear in the Attached Devices display with IP addresses?
- Is it possible to communicate with them on the LAN? (perhaps 'ping' their IP address?)
- How is the Access Control feature set on this router?
(page 54 of the User Manual)
- Yes, attached devices still display with IP address, DHCP on router is working fine. Issue is connectivity btw router and FIOS ONT
- Yes, inside LAN is fully functional
- Access control feature is irrelevant for this issue
