Loosing WIFI (Internet) on single primary SSID
Brand new system of RBE971 w/ (3) RBE970 satellites all running V9.13.1.2 firmware, but I keep loosing INTERNET on the primary SSID, while the GUEST SSID is connected and working fine. Why? This ...
Since this is something that simply should not happen, and does not appear to have been reported before, it is difficult to imagine what could be the cause.
A relief to hear that Access Control shows the devices connected to the Primary WiFi network are Allowed.
Are Bitdefender Armor or Smart Parental Controls enabled on this system?
November 6th update:
- Yes - Bitdefender Armor is enabled on router - remember issue is just on a single SSID at a time while the other 2 have internet access
- Replaced ethernet cable btw router and ONT w/ a STP Cat 8 cable ~15 feet away from each other
- Upgraded to the latest FW released on Oct 31st on all satellites and router
Still occurring. At 1st it was just the primary SSID, now it seems to be random. This morning the IoT SSID lost internet connectivity
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
I recommend you open a support ticket with NG support and reference this forum thread.
