My network seems to be running worse
I'm having the same exact issues. My network seems to be running worse by the day and I keep wanting to blame my internet, but it seems more related to either my Orbi 970 mesh, or the DHCP spamming. MOST of my DHCP spams are from Apple devices in the house, and most of those are Watches, but some phones and iPads. I've tried some Apple techniques to fix it, but it seems to only resolve it for 5-10 minutes where it only requests DHCP every 2.5 minutes, but then it goes back to about every 21-35 seconds per request. I feel like this flooding could be jamming my network, but I'm still looking into it. I'd love to know what's causing both of these issues though (DHCP spam, and slow network).

What FW version are you using?
What model Apple devices do you have?
Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR, if so, disable this.
Also try setting up some manual IP address configurations on the Apple devices as noted here:

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.
