Need a little help!
Purchased 771 and two 770’s in early 2026. Worked great for a few months then the satellites would lose connection. Fixed issue w/tech support assistance checking firmware revs and completing a reset on the two satellites. In the last 30 days this has come back 3x now, even with a Ethernet backhaul where it indicates ‘connected’ and ‘good’ on the app, however we cannot connect any devices. Just the dreaded flashing white light. This is my 4th run through with tech support and they only walk through firmware updates and resets, which lasts <36hrs. Trying to escalate w/Netgear. Anyone have any ideas?

Does this also happen with a wireless backhaul?
The LAN ports are multi-gig, so this might be related to cabling (particularly if you are using cat 5e).
If you have a small gigabit switch, you could try using that for the backhaul connections (nothing else), and see if it is more stable. If that resolves the issue, then the cabling can't carry multigig ethernet reliably.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Are RBS ethernet connected directly to the back of the RBR or is there a LAN switch or LAN patch panel in between them?
What CAT# LAN cable are you using? CAT6A STP is recommended.
