NG releases now seems to be first via auto update, and in small batches to see how well it goes and how well it's received by users. If all goes well, then NG will full release to public and provide FW file links. I'd give a couple of weeks at most.

You could check to see if the update pops up in the Orbi app when you check for firmware update, but as FURRYe38​ said, it may not be released to every user yet in the US or in any other region.   There is usually a delay from when small numbers of users start seeing it to when it posts on the NG page (sometimes a couple weeks or more) and depending on how stable it is, could be even longer before everyone sees it or it posted on the download page.
