Is this system in 'Router mode' or 'Access Point mode'?

Currently in router mode, with DHCP disabled, as my ISP router assigning IP address.

I fear that cannot work. The modern Orbi series expects devices on the Guest WiFi network to have IP addresses in a different IP subnet than the primary and IoT networks. The DHCP request made by devices connected to the Guest WiFi will not be transmitted through the WAN interface.
A quick check would be to look at the Attached devices display and see what IP address is assigned to devices connected to the Guest WiFi network.

When I had DHCP enabled on the RBR I had IP conflicts, as my ISP router and the RBR, where both assigning IP addresses, and some of my smart devices i.e smart blind hub would not connect to the internet, once I disabled DHCP on the RBR then everything worked fine. Apart from the guest network. I have nothing plugged into the WAN 10G ports , on the RBR, the only ports I am using on the RBR, are the 2.5. So are you saying I need to enable AP on the RBR. I am only going by what settings I had on my TP link Archer c7 1750 V2.

You'll need to set DHCP to enabled and then if your ISP modem is using same IP address as RBR does, you can change the IP address of the RBR to something else. Try 192.168.0.1. What I use for router mode for any router I put online. Or configure the RBR for AP mode, let the ISP router handle router operations and then you can continue to use Guest Network. Or you could change the ISP routers IP address to something else as well, and use default IP addressing on the RBR.
