Only had the Router + 2 Satellites for 4 to 5 days

I had this same....exact....problem.....  Only had the Router + 2 Satellites for 4 to 5 days.  Tried everything you said as well and convinced Amazon to send me a new trio and I'll return the existing trio.  Tried to get them to just replace the faulty satellite but they can't.  Oh the joy of having to setup everything from scratch again and add all the nicknames twice within a 2 week period.

It would be helpful to have more information about....what the "exact...same...problem" is.

Although, since Amazon appears to be delivering a replacement system, perhaps it will be more appropriate to describe what happens upon installing it.

This appears to be the new "standard" meee-toooooooo communication style 2026 - see more and more similar post all over the community here, and in communities of other vendors, too. Given up wasting my unpaid time asking FMI....

The only assumption the readers can take (if this was posted in the appropriate section) that we talk here of an Orbi WiFi 7 system.

The OP somehow requested to get a to replacement satellite - was that based on a request to Amazon or following a ticket with Netgear support.

Modern times again. Instead of a replacement of a single unit, they replace a full kit. I don't blame the customer for that - the industry will kill itself.
