ORBI 370 Connection Issues

I know this is a common question, but I just bought the ORBI 370 WiFi 7 system and installed it on my Quantum Fiber Optic connection in anticipation of swapping out the 1 gig Quantum service with a new 2.5 Gig  service that requires my own hardware.  Installation was easy but it wasn't long before I started experiencing drops on the internet connection and the satellite connections.  The circle of doom started becoming common whenever my wife wanted to make a comment on a post or reply to an email (happy wife...).  I switched back to the Quantum router and their Mesh system and everything worked fine. My satellites are all backhauled over ethernet cat 6 cabling and don't depend on wireless connection.  They do sometimes show 5ghz rather than wired though.  I have a 3500 sq ft house and the firmware is V12.1.3.11 model RBE 371.  My ultimate question is when reading the other people's issues, one thing I don't seem to see is "Thanks, that solved the problem".  My return window closes at the end of October and would like to know if my best option is returning the Orbi system and going with something else.
