ORBI 370 Poor Download Speeds

Broad response - I got the LAN adapter and the speeds are much worse at the satellites than the router using Ethernet.
Wirelessly I can see some improvement with the changes suggested by Furrye38, but they are not consistent. I did move my basement router about 10 feet and it helped a little bit.
At best, I get 500-600 Mpbs at the satellites, but that is rare. And I am checking to see which satellite or router my phone is connected to when I record these tests.
