What is brand and model# of ISP modem or ONT that the RBR is connected too?
What FW version is the 370 series running currently?
Does this happen with a different ethernet PC?
Be sure your Ethernet adapter drivers in this one PC are fully updated from the chipset mfr.
Be sure to disable any QoS or gaming features on the adatper prior to speed testing.
Be sure to use Ooklas installable speed test app to test with on the ethernet PC.
No bug in current 370 series FW. Mine tests out at 1Gb/50Mbs to sped for my ISP speeds over ethernet.
