Orbi 371 system: mac can't connect to printer

Macbook Air: Private WiFi is off. Limit IP address tracking is on. This machine now has a static IP address. I don't think iCloud Private Relay is at issue as she's using chrome as her browser.

 

I did "forget this network" followed by running sudo dscacheutil -flushcache followed by sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder. Added the network back in. Was able to ping and print from both the Macbook Pro and the Macbook Air.

 

 I'm encouraged, but not declaring victory just yet.

    What WiFi channels is the RBR set for?

     

    Is the static IP address set on the Mac itself?

      Auto on both bands. Static IP is set on the Orbi.

        Try 1 and 40 or 11 and 48 on the RBR.

         

        Ok, that's an IP address reservation. Static IP address is set ON devices themselves.
