Orbi 770 3 pack failure
My orbi 773 purchased 9 months ago has failed on me. Only the WAN port works. the LAN wired ports work, won't connect to any satellite wired or wirelessly, and internet only works when it's just the router itself, but only works on the 2.4GHz spectrum. No 5 or 6GHz output or connections.
Tried factory reset, tried reinstall firmware, tried downgrade firmware. Wasted so much time on this.
I've submitted a ticket several days ago, but have yet to hear anything, which my significant other is LIVID about.
So I decided to come here to try and get some movement on my ticket, xxxxxxxx.
