I recently purchased the Orbi 770 (RBE773) product and have been having nothing but issues as well. Constant dropping of wifi, inability of router to assign working IP addresses. Netgear support tried to tell me that it was an Apple issue. Some devices work and some do not. Very frustrating. I am thinking of returning my new system for something else.
so what do you guys think i should do ? change the model ? take another one ? an older one ? is there one with iot ssid that still have update ??
My Orbi system has suddenly started working. I had it unplugged for most of a day, thinking that i would be returning it. Not sure how or why it's working but I hope it's permanent!
