Orbi 770 Issue with wired backhaul
Hello,
I am having an odd issue with my Orbi 770. The house I am covering is large enough (with an odd enough layout) to need 3 satellites for sufficient coverage. One is connected with cat6 ethernet backhaul and 2 are connected with Moca. The problematic one exhibits the issue with Cat6 or Moca. I rebooted everything - same problem. I tried resetting the satellite - same issue. All devices are on the latest 10.5.18.3 firmware. Access control is off. I do have an unmanaged switch at the main router, but no combination of connections fixes the problem (even just doing the Synology and the satellite as the lone connected devices).
I have a Synology NAS and a Reolink camera system attached to the main router. I can access those devices easily when I am connected to the main router or 2 satellites, but the third satellite, which I purchased separately, either does not allow or very rarely allows access to those drives. When I try to connect to the NAS, I might be able to see some files or transfer for a minute before it eventually cuts off. Same issue with the cameras - if I connect, I can literally see the transmission speed on the cameras dropping in real time from the moment I start viewing (from about 5000 kbps to 2000 to 500 to 0, for example) until the camera disconnects completely. This issue occurs with two Mac laptops, Windows laptop, an iPhone, a Pixel 9 XL, and a Samsung S24 Ultra. Connecting to the satellite by ethernet from the client device does not help.
I was trying to remember why this was not an issue earlier, and I realized it worked fine before I used the wired backhaul. When I disconnect the satellite from all wired backhaul, it works fine with wireless backhaul.
The only thing I haven't tried is resetting every Orbi device. I was looking for thoughts before I started that adventure. Hoping I missed some setting or something.
Thanks!
Edit: I should note that the satellite works well otherwise - I get full gigabit Internet speed through it when wired. It's just an issue with accessing local devices.

Have you swapped RBS around to see if the problem follows the one newer added RBS or only seen at this one remote location?
What is the brand and model# of the switch thats connected?
Are all RBS connected to the RBR directly or connected behind this switch?

To clarify, when I said, "The problematic one exhibits the issue with Cat6 or Moca...," I meant that this occurs regardless of location. No location fixes the issue. If this one satellite is wired, including directly to the router, it is a problem. No other satellite has the problem, regardless of location or backhaul type.
Regarding "I do have an unmanaged switch at the main router, but no combination of connections fixes the problem (even just doing the Synology and the satellite as the lone connected devices)," I meant to say that even removing the switch and all other devices from my network, including all other satellites, with only the Synology and the problem satellite physically connected to the router at all, the issue still occurs. If I just have the satellite connected and try to access cameras, it is still a problem.
