Orbi 770 keeps disconnecting Smart Home devices even with 2.4 GHz

There is no advanced setting.  Once a device connects to WiFi, it stays connected until it decides to disconnect.

I suspect the Smart Home environment may be affecting individual device behavior.  What happens if a device that is prone to network disconnection is removed from Smart Home?
