Orbi 771 lags every 60 minutes exactly

Did not capture any EAPoL packets in over 12 hours. Did learn that my understanding of DHCP was incorrect. i.e
- Device sends a broadcast packet (Discovery), then
- DHCP server responds with a broadcast packet (Offer) - not a packet addressed to the specific MAC address.
Thus Wireshark on my PC captures every time a device on the network renews IP address using DHCP.
Passed this to NG for review.
