Already done. Spoke to support and manually updated the router. Now lost all connection to satellites and speeds are down to kb/s

Follow this and do a factory reset on the System, you'll need to press and reset button on the RBS for 15 seconds then release since they are not connected:

Let the USB auto sync to the RBR before starting the setup wizard. Give about 5 minutes.

I did some messing around last night and things seem to have stabilised. All satellites are currently connected. Chain look different to how the 750 used to link up but that may have been due to limits on how many satellites could be connected directly. Current chain looks like this:

Well yes that could be in daisy chain formation. Placement out of the RBS from the RBR is key. Also how you turn them On can effect this as well.
What is the size of the home in sq feet?
30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.
