Orbi 970 and 2 Satellites - I just got the system and also have fios.
I just got the system and also have fios. I am having the same issue. Reboots between 30~60 minutes. Orbi connected to ONT directly. I fear i may have to return the system based on this thread. Support has not been able to figure it out today.

I dont think that it will help you because my issue was not resolved, but it may provide some additional context to your support person.
For what it's worth I set my older Orbi RBK853 mesh system back up last night and it is working great. I dont know what about Verizon Fios would be a problem for the 971 and not the 851, but maybe Netgear can shine some light on it.Good luck.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.Does the front LED turn PINK when this happens?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Is Armor or Smart Parental Controls enabled?
