Orbi 970 Wired Backhaul Constant Signal Dropouts
I have 3 Orbi Quad Band 970/971 - all on a wired backhaul. I have the firmware updated to the latest and greatest.
My question is this, is there any way to mitigate the massive handoff issues I keep having with this configuration?
I constantly get freezes on videos and Instagram posts as I wander through the house and my iPhone wifi calling (which is sadly necessary on my block) completely loses signal and the person i'm talking to goes silent for 10 seconds at a time as it passes to the next Orbi station.
Is there something I'm missing? Can I fix this somehow? I have had other Orbi's without this issue and I'm shocked to see it on their flagship product.

What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router? Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR?
Any progress on this?
