Orbi 972 and EE TV Box Pro - IPC6023 Error ??
Hello all,
I used Orbi 972 with EE Broadband in UK without problems. However, when I tried to connect it to EE TV Box Pro and viewed the TV channels, the TV Box shows IPC6023 error.
In the router setting, I have already enabled IGMP Proxying and support BT IGMP proxying options. However, the problem cannot be solved.
I read from another thread that it may be firmware issue :-

Does the same problem occur in Orbi 972 firmware?
Would anyone help me on this?

Something to reach out to both NG support and the Mfr of that device to see what can be done. The Mfr of the device should know what the error is.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?- edwardcklAspirant
Hi,
I tried to contact both ISP (EE) and NG support. EE said they cannot provide support for 3rd party router whilst NG support said they will pass my case to another team to follow.
I am using firmware v9.12.3.3. My router is connected to Openreach hub directly and the TV Box is connected to my router by wifi.
